Do you have experience guiding several large-scale Agile transformations? Are you interested in leveraging your expertise to support the adoption of Agile practices with an industry leader? If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our client in King of Prussia!

Responsibilities of the Agile Program Coach:

  • Provide team level Agile coaching to help bring on-line new Agile Teams and coaching and training support for existing Agile teams when needed
  • Coach the VP/Executive level of the value of Agile and the importance of the mindset shift
  • Conduct monthly Agile Maturity Assessments (AMAs), to document the maturity of assigned Agile teams, using Eliassen’s Agile Maturity Matrix
  • Support and leverage efforts of the ACoE to execute on: staging environments for teams; Vision & Strategy; Enablers (E.g.., Runway, Training, Intake & Planning); Product Management vs Service Management; Capacity vs. Project Planning

Requirements of the Agile Program Coach:

  • At least 3 engagements supporting large-scale Agile transformations
  • Leadership change management/Agile coaching experience in a product development environment
  • Specialized skill set in one or more: technical, product management, project management, user experience
  • Track record of resolving impediments that exist within and outside of the team environment
  • Strong facilitation and diplomatic skills with the ability to connect with an organization to bring the right people to resolve impediments quickly
  • Demonstrated success illustrating the value of an Agile mindset with non-technical groups and teams
  • Relatively recent experience as a team member or other roles responsible for the delivery of project
  • Extended track record of delivering team training in a manner than ensures knowledge transfer
  • Strong facilitation and diplomatic skills with the ability to connect with an organization to bring the right people to resolve impediments quickly
