Are you a highly skilled Business Analyst with the desire to join a leading biotechnology organization?

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:

  • Help develop SDLC deliverables 
  • Gather requirements via SME elicitation/interaction
  • Drive testing activities, including UAT
  • Support development of training materials 
  • Support facilitation of end user training sessions
  • Contribute to operational support documentation
Requirements of the Business Analyst:
  • Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership in deliverables
  • Ability to work within a matrix environment
  • Team player with the ability to operate independently
  • Familiarity with GxP, CFR 21 Part 11, and systems validation
  • Life Sciences, Biotech, or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
