Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst with our leading biotechnology client in Cambridge.

Due to client requirement, applicant must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:

  • Establish SDLC deliverables
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Document business processes and use cases
  • Support data migration activities through Excel data mapping
  • Prepare for the testing and implementation of new applications
  • Provide support for the development of training materials and execution of end user training

Requirements of the Business Analyst:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least 1 year of experience as a BA
  • Ability to utilize a range of business analysis techniques and tools
  • Understanding of SDLC and iterative development methodologies
  • Familiarity with GxP, CFR 21 Part 11 and systems validation
  • Ability to contribute independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
