Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:

  • Support Senior Business Analyst in SDLC deliverable creation
  • Develop process knowledge to translate into business and technical requirements 
  • Provide technical software support for end to end project lifecycle
  • Prepare testing and implementation of new applications
  • Support development of training materials and facilitation of end user training sessions 
  • Determine systems retirement/data archiving requirements and execute via standard processes

Requirements of the Business Analyst:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Command of business analysis techniques and tools
  • Excellent knowledge of SDLC and iterative systems development methodologies
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment
  • Familiar with GxP, CFR 21 Part 11 and systems validation
  • Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
