Are you an experienced software business analyst?  Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, project-driven environment?  Our client is looking for a candidate to join their technology team in Bethesda, MD. 

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:
  • Analyze, document, and implement business and technical requirements
  • Collaborate with product management and other key stakeholders
  • Develop internal and external facing documentation
  • Support the go-to-market process and deliverables
  • Support software and QA engineers to ensure that requirements are clearly understood and properly implemented
  • Organize JAD sessions / grooming and review meetings with the appropriate stakeholders at each stage of the SDLC
Requirements of the Business Analyst:
  • Experience supporting SaaS enterprise products
  • At least 5 years as a business or systems analyst for a software company
  • Experience writing detailed business and technical requirements, wireframes/screen mockups, and process flows
  • Ability to analyze data, business processes, and provide empirical-based solutions and recommendations
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • In-depth understanding of the SDLC
