Job Description

Are you a passionate Business Development Analyst with at least two years of experience? Are you interested in working for a leading healthcare organization? If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our client in Cary!

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities of the Business Development Analyst:

  • Develop and maintain business processes to enable data sharing
  • Plan, manage, and continuously improve business develop processes
  • Research and analyze market insights, industry trends, and new technologies
  • Document, track, record metrics, and report on business development activities
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to support proposals and grants

Requirements of the Business Development Analyst:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Business or Healthcare Administration preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar roles
  • Excellent ability to use SharePoint and Salesforce platforms
  • Ability to create SharePoint portals for business development use
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to analyze information and develop actionable recommendations
  • Clear and effective communication skills, written and verbal
  • Demonstrated project management skills
