Responsibilities of the Business Systems Analyst:

  • Identify business requirements and opportunities to improve business processes
  • Create and implement plans for projects and evaluate quality assurance at every stage
  • Determine and develop user requirements for new business needs and systems
  • Create and update internal and external documentation
  • Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize performance

Requirements of the Business Systems Analyst:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT
  • At least 5 years of experience in analytics and systems development
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Experience generating process documentation and reports
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights
