Responsibilities of the CRD Support Analyst:

  • Provide technical support for CRD software
  • Resolve issues, respond to inquiries, and provide training
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise standards related to customer communications

Requirements of the CRD Support Analyst:

  • At least 3 years of software support experience in financial services 
  • Experience supporting Charles River Development in a help desk/production support role
  • Exposure to trading software, like Bloomberg, Reuters; or, financial data analytics tools like MatLab
  • Experience with SQL is preferred
