Job Description

Eliassen Group is seeking experienced Client Service Consultants for a large project with a financial services firm. The Client Service Consultant will be an integral part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that is focused on enhancing relationships with high net worth clients who have complex service and investment needs. In this role, you will help increase customer loyalty and drive business development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients, via inbound calls, responding to their inquiries and providing product and service level guidance.
  • Process customer requests to include options, equities, mutual funds, trade issues, compliant/resolution issues, and other specialized monetary requests.
  • Deliver efficient and responsive resolutions for various client situations, researching the issue and communicating the solution to the client.
  • Uncover opportunities and identify products and services that will enhance the client’s financial success and partner with Financial Consultants, as needed, to discuss potential business opportunity leads.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to research and resolve complex client requests.
  • Conduct pro-active outbound calls to communicate resolution of issues to clients or to secure additional information to close out requests.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Investment Management, or Business.
  • Broad based knowledge and understanding of general financial planning concepts.
  • Proven customer service, client support, and resolution skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to influence others and use consultative skills to enrich the client experience.
  • Robust time management and organizational skills.
  • Series 7 and 63 or 7 and 66 or the ability to qualify for immediate registration required.
  • 2 – 3 years of working in the financial services industry specifically within retail banking or brokerage industry experience.
  • Prior call center experience required.
  • Ability to work independently within the infrastructure of a large organization.
  •  Strong technical acumen and comfort with learning to use new tools.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled.
