Job Description

We have a wonderful opportunity for a Contract Recruiter with our leading client in Falls Church.

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Contract Recruiter:

  • Administer selection and hiring process of candidates in support of staffing requirements
  • Work with managers and employees to redeploy employees into new contracts within the organization
  • Coordinate with managers and recruiters to advocate for employees and ensure applications are reviewed appropriately
  • Attend on-site and virtual events to support internal movement activities enterprise-wide

Requirements of the Contract Recruiter:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of recruiting experience
  • Internal mobility and redeployment experience
  • Ability to quickly assess employee skills and assist with resume review and revision
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team to locate potential positions for employees
  • Knowledge of the defense and intel space from a recruiting perspective preferred
  • Comfortable conducting business over the phone, with strong negotiation skills
