Responsibilities of the Data Analyst:
  • Consolidate nonprofit solicitation volume data to centralized location in a format easily accessible to team
  • Communicate data requirements to customers to ensure smooth delivery of required datasets
  • Validate, load, and log customer data upon receipt with 100% accuracy and completeness
  • Manage the timely data transfers for 30+ customers, on a (max) monthly basis to ensure all customer data is up to date for reporting and analysis
  • Coordinate timely orders and deliveries with post sales account manager
  • Create balanced groups for EA and ED deliveries in compliance with customer success factors
  • Document workflows of data transfers and data manipulation above, identify areas for automation, and draft requirements for this automation.
  • Create technical documentation in support of sales
  • Participate on internal and customer calls to develop, document, and implement pilots
  • Field questions by active customers; manage issues to timely resolution
  • Maintain relationships with data counterparts in nonprofits to drive high customer satisfaction
  • Gather feedback about product to help post sales and dev teams
Requirements of the Data Analyst:
  • Bachelor’s degree, in technology, engineering, marketing, business, communications, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience with data management, transformation, and analysis
  • At least 5 years of high impact customer experience with measurable impact such as revenue, customer satisfaction, or share growth with a technology firm
  • Proven ability to quickly develop and deploy workflows and assets to optimize efficient, profitable customer engagements
  • Previous success devising, implementing, and generating workflows to promote technical efficiency and customer success
  • Experience using Excel, PowerPoint, text editors, and workflow tools
  • Previous experience measuring and reporting KPIs to management
  • Experience with managing a product roadmap; continuous improvement of existing products and identification of new product
  • Experience working at or for the nonprofit sector
