Are you experienced in customer support, with broad knowledge of Windows 10 administration, troubleshooting, and support?

Are you interested in joining a regional leader to support desktop and mobile devices?

If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our client in Cincinnati!

Requirements of the Desktop Support Analyst:
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer support preferred
  • Experience with Windows 10 administration 
  • Experience with Workspace ONE preferred
  • Customer-service orientation; excellent soft skills
