Job Description

Our innovative client is looking for a results-driven Desktop Support Technician to provide world class customer service and end user support.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Requirements of the Desktop Support Technician:
  • Solid experience with Windows 7/10
  • Familiarity with MS SCCM, Office, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Valid driver's license
  • A+ certification a plus
