Job Description

Are you a skilled Software Developer with strong experience leading large development teams? Are you interested in joining our key government integrator client? If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our client in Columbia!

Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Applicants must have US-based residency for three of the last five years.

Responsibilities of the Development Technical Lead:

  • Coordinate and manage a team of up to thirty individuals to implement highly scalable web applications
  • Oversee multiple projects and mitigate any risks that may affect timely project delivery
  • Develop and promote processes and standards to improve code quality
  • Contribute to all phases of the software development life cycle
  • Ensure designs are compliant with portal architecture

Requirements of the Development Technical Lead:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience development Java/J2EE web applications
  • At least 5 years of experience with ANT, Maven, Jenkins, GIT, and CI/CD/CT
  • Solid experience developing RESTful APIs and front end single page architecture
  • Demonstrated experience in daily deployments and integration patterns
  • Experience providing technical and general management of large teams
