Our industry-leading media client is searching for an articulate, organized, and self-driven Director of Customer Experience to build and enhance a service delivery solution that drives NPS scores.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.

Responsibilities of the Director of Customer Experience:
  • Understand strategy, goals, and objectives related to the customer experience
  • Identify and develop innovative processes to improve or replace current practices
  • Lead implementation efforts of integrated customer engagement and communication
  • Identify opportunities for enhanced service delivery
Requirements of the Director of Customer Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in a leadership role tasked with building and implementing customer experience programs
  • Ability to lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment 
  • Ability to communicate and influence across a range of stakeholders - leadership, employees, customers
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change and create innovation to drive customer experience
  • Clear and effective communication skills; articulate presentation skills
