Job Description

Eliassen Group is seeking a Functional Analyst to join a multi-year program supporting the Office of Child Support Enforcement Systems (OCSE). Work will start 100% remotely and will phase-in to on-site in Baltimore, MD once COVID-19 restrictions are lifted. There is no security clearance required, interviews will take place virtually, and the candidate selection process will begin immediately.

Responsibilities of the Functional Analyst:
  • Analyze functional and business requirements and IT applications
  • Create system requirement specifications, including use cases and user stories
  • Develop test plans and test cases; execute test cases
  • Identify, diagnose, research, and resolve system and design issues
  • Support development life cycle and life cycle improvements as requested
  • Ensure adoption of change management processes and documentation 
Requirements of the Functional Analyst:
  • Well versed in requirements analysis, application analysis, and design skills
  • Experience developing test cases and test execution
  • Experience developing use cases and data requirements analysis
  • Experience presenting workflows of systems to user groups
  • Knowledge of Section 508 compliance
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative and committed to client service
