Job Description

We have an exciting new role for a Help Desk Analyst with our highly respected client in NYC.

This is a third shift position; hours are 4 PM - 12 AM.

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Help Desk Analyst: 

  • Diagnose problems and develop solutions for a wide range of computer, network, and user issues
  • Coordinate management of incident tracking process within a tracking tool system
  • Supervise technical support and recommend change of status; review work for accuracy
  • Handle license provisioning

Requirements of the Help Desk Analyst:

  • Bachelor's degree or related work experience
  • At least 2 years of current, relevant experience analyzing performance and providing technical support 
  • Ability to perform troubleshooting to resolve problems
  • Excellent interpersonal, as well as verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to conduct training classes and presentations
