Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst with our stable client in Boston. The hours of this position are 4:30 AM - 12:30 PM.

We will accept corp to corp and w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefit package that includes Medical, Dental and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Help Desk Analyst:

  • Create user accounts and mailboxes
  • Create departmental calendars and assign permissions
  • Add network printers for users
  • Create VPN accounts and assign RSA tokens
  • Install applications using Bomgar tool remotely
  • Troubleshoot issues via phone and escalate as needed

Requirements of the Help Desk Analyst:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft products
  • Clear and polite phone etiquette
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Focus on customer experience
