Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Help Desk Technician with our industry-leading client in Woburn.

There are two openings with the following schedules: Saturday - Monday 7 PM - 7 AM OR Friday - Sunday 7 AM - 7 PM, for a total of 36 hours with the option to pick up to 4 additional hours.

We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Help Desk Technician:

  • Engage directly with end users and technical resources 
  • Manage queue of requests and set up tickets
  • Ensure appropriate response and resolution of incidents

Requirements of the Help Desk Technician:

  • Associate's degree and at least 3 years of help desk experience
  • Experience with ticket management tools and user management
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Keen eye for detail with excellent problem solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams
