Job Description

**Remote start; qualified applicants should be based in Hartford or in the CT area.

Our industry-leading client is seeking a Help Desk Technician with excellent technical support, communication, and customer service skills to join their team.

We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the Help Desk Technician:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve or escalate issues in a timely fashion
  • Answer calls related to PCs, applications, hardware, and connectivity
  • Understand and adhere to established service level agreements
  • Identify and communicate operational issues
  • Document new solutions 
Requirements of the Help Desk Technician:
  • Experience supporting Windows 10, MS Office 365
  • Experience troubleshooting iPhone and Android devices
  • Experience with Remedy ticketing system
  • Experience with remote tools
