Are you a highly skilled Business Analyst experienced in benefits administration?

Responsibilities of the HR Business Analyst:
  • Provide validation support to ensure client solutions are flawless
  • Create detailed test cases and data; execute and manage defects to resolution
  • Monitor data, reporting, and system processing to quickly identify and resolve issues
  • Support deployment through documentation and knowledge transfer
Requirements of the HR Business Analyst:
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of BA experience
  • Expertise across data analysis, QA/UAT, and documentation
  • Ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve client issues
  • Proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite and Visio
  • Experience with SQL and Jira (or similar tool)
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum principles
