Responsibilities of the Infrastructure Project Manager / Scrum Master:
  • Propel projects forward, ensuring that they align with enterprise objectives
  • Identify issues, risks, and recommendations to drive team efficiency
  • Lead meetings, manage project budget, liaise with finance to track spending
Requirements of the Infrastructure Project Manager / Scrum Master:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience managing engineering teams
  • Background in multiple development methodologies
  • Extensive experience liaising with product and design organizations
  • Ability to engage and inspire a team and support SMEs 
  • Ability to adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and planning skills
  • PMP, CSM, CSPO, or equivalent preferred
