Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an Instructional Designer with our industry-leading client in Berlin.

Responsibilities of the Instructional Designer:

  • Own all aspects of course design and development
  • Lead multiple, cross-functional improvement projects to support initiatives or enhance operational effectiveness/customer satisfaction
  • Manage all aspects of training programs maintaining company standards and best practices
  • Identify and develop the appropriate learning resources
  • Work with subject matter experts to design and develop training courses that support initiatives prioritized by training team
  • Create course evaluations and assessments

Requirements of the Instructional Designer:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of Instructional Design/Training
  • Able to use multi-media technology
