Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for an IT Asset Management Technician with our industry-leading client in Hartford.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the IT Asset Management Technician:

  • Support day to day operations of customer-site asset handling processes
  • Provide on-site reception for new equipment orders
  • Serve as point of contact for pickup status
  • Liaise between on-site team and supplier team(s)
  • Image reclaimed assets, as applicable
  • Coordinate with customer contacts to manage assets/returns
  • Develop reporting and tracking of returns and workflows
  • Prepare equipment for pickup or shipping
  • Provide on-site data erasure
