Responsibilities of the IT Program Manager:
  • Develop work plans and lead cross-functional project teams
  • Understand program/project roadmap and key milestones
  • Coordinate planning, management, and execution of multiple related projects
  • Track and monitor program/project actual costs against program/project budget
Requirements of the IT Program Manager:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Project management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum
  • Experience managing projects using Agile methodology
  • At least 7 years of experience managing IT projects
  • At least 5 years of experience leading large programs with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with executive communication
