Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident with an active or interim Secret clearance.

Responsibilities of the Junior Technical Support Specialist:
  • Receive and resolve Tier 1 & 2 technical support issues/requests
  • Escalate more complex issues to senior staff as required
  • Support end user information and training requests
Requirements of the Junior Technical Support Specialist:
  • Associate's degree and 2-4 years of hands-on technical support experience
  • Experience supporting Microsoft operating system, applications, and tools
  • One of the following is ideal: A+/Security+/Network+ or the ability to achieve
  • Strong customer service experience via phone and email chat
