Job Description

Are you a passionate VoIP Technician with an excellent ability to troubleshoot and configure Cisco and Avaya voice systems?

Do you possess a CompTIA Security CE certification or the equivalent IA certification?

If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our client in McLean.

Due to federal security contract requirements, applicant must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Requirements of the Junior VoIP Technician:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred
  • Work experience or industry certifications may be substituted 
  • At least 1 year of experience developing, coordinating, and implementing telecommunications requirements
  • Knowledge of copper and fiber standards
