Lead Application Support Engineer

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: Contract to Perm

Compensation: $110,000 to $120,000 salary

We have a new career opportunity for you as a Lead Application Support Engineer where you will be responsible for application support for Domain(s) (e.g. infrastructure, Vulnerability/Threats, etc.) You will also be performing problem tracking, diagnosis, and root-cause analysis and troubleshooting utilizing CA Technology Suite of products (e.g. Identity Suite, Identity Manager, PAM).

This position offers you $110,000 to $120,000, full benefits, matching 401K, and flexible environment.

Requirements for Lead Application Support Engineer:

  • Extensive experience working with CA Technologies (e.g. Identity Suite, Identity Manager, Identity Services, Privilege Access Manager)
  • Serves as the escalation and coordination point for business partners and other areas within bank.
  • Performs problem tracking, diagnosis and root-cause analysis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution for complex issues. In this capacity, performs programming and debugging activities, interacts with S/W vendors.
  • Serves as SME for a set of applications or services.
  • Manage day to day activities including adherence to SLAs/OLAs.
  • Drives vendor forITIL process adherence with an eye toward improved efficiency and effectiveness.
