Requirements of the Lead Business Analyst:

  • At least 3 years of experience in and the ability lead capability improvement through goal setting, change definition, and change management
  • At least 3 years of experience in and the ability to lead one or more in coordination with senior IT leader
    • IT Finance Management (monthly reporting, cost transparency)
    • IT People Development (stakeholder management, people management, platform management, process management)
    • IT process establishment and governance (link quality controls to IT processes)
    • IT strategic planning for long term enterprise vision
