Job Description

Our nationally recognized client is currently looking for a Learning Management System Administrator to join its team, located in Clearwater.

Job Functions:

  • Maintains Learning Management System (LMS) including troubleshooting and fixing user issues
  • Develops and documents processes or policies as needed to establish consistent use of the system and multiple portals
  • Serves as primary liaison for the Cornerstone LMS 
  • Trains managers/supervisors on basic use of the system’s self-serve functionalities such as reporting
  • Identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves problems with course design, LMS configuration and infrastructure

Qualifications:

  • Cornerstone OnDemand: 2 years (Preferred)
  • 3-5 years Web development/design experience is required
  • Strong proficiency in Web Development, LMS Administration
  • Expert skill level in Microsoft SharePoint, Cornerstone OnDemand, Adobe Web Development tools, e-Learning Course Authoring Software (Articulate 360, Camtasia)
