Are you a highly experienced Major Incident Manager with a strong technical background? Are you interested in joining a globally recognized financial services organization to support operational stability? If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our client in NYC!

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities of the Major Incident Manager:

  • Oversee daily processes of operations production support teams
  • Serve as primary point of contact for incident escalations across the enterprise
  • Monitor P1/P2 incidents for impact assessment, progress, and escalation
  • Ensure change and incident correlation is performance for scheduled changes
  • Offer subject matter expertise across major incidents

Requirements of the Major Incident Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree required and at least 7 years of relevant experience
  • Solid technology background, including extensive experience in major incident management
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Financial services industry experience is a plus, but not required
