Job Description

We have an opening with one of our largest Government clients in Fayetteville, NC for a Network Engineer.

Duration: 6 month contract-to-hire

Location: Fayetteville, NC

Security Clearance Requirements: Top Secret with SCI ability

Salary Range: $75-85K

Responsibilities of the Network Engineer:

  • Provide technical support for executive enterprise network - from planning and design through deployment
  • Provide support for network devices, systems, and applications of the executive staff
  • Develop concepts, plan, define and analyze requirements, provide systems design, integration, and deployment of LAN, WAN, and wireless systems and networks

Requirements of the Network Engineer:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
  • At least 5 years of related experience in network analysis and administration
  • Experience with large enterprise networks
  • CCNA required
  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II required
  • ITIL v3 Foundation certification preferred
  • Full technical knowledge of all phases of network operations
  • Excellent communication skills
