We have a wonderful opportunity for a professional with extensive experience in merger and acquisition management, to fill the role of Operations Change Manager with our leading financial services client in Knoxville.

Responsibilities of the Operations Change Manager:

  • Help to manage multiple complex projects from inception through delivery 
  • Collaborate with leaders to ensure alignment on multiple high priority initiatives
  • Generate and prepare reporting that ensure business lines are aware of/ready for change
  • Offer in-depth information to leadership to ensure risks and issues are raised and mitigated 
  • Provide weekly status updates and monthly steering committee updates

Requirements of the Operations Change Manager:

  • At least 5 years of end to end Project Management experience
  • At least 2 years of experience within the financial services industry
  • At least 1 year of Change Management experience
  • Strong technical knowledge and excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
