If so, we may have the ideal role for you as a Process Improvement Data Analyst with our client in Rockville.
Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities of the Process Improvement Data Analyst:
  • Analyze process data to improve IT processes using standard data analysis tools
  • Analyze data and metrics from ITSM to identify trends and root causes
  • Develop data-driven improvement recommendations that address root causes of issues in ITSM
  • Define and develop metrics and reports to continuously improve IT services
  • Communicate results both written and verbally  
Requirements of the Process Improvement Data Analyst:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
  • At least 4 years of experience in IT process data analysis
  • Strong knowledge of Excel pivot tables and macros, Tableau, QlikView, and similar
  • Experience using and extracting data from a service management system
  • Experience monitoring, analyzing, and reporting against service metrics
  • Experience in asset life cycle management
  • Positive and patient focus on the customer
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Understanding of ITSM best practices
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Federal agency support experience a plus
