Responsibilities of the Project Manager / Scrum Master:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning sessions, daily stand ups, and retrospectives
• Recognize and proactively resolve any and all Scrum team impediments to successful project delivery
• Plan, create, and execute schedules for timely completion of project milestones and deadlines
• Work with leaders to estimate, manage, and prioritize backlog
• Help client-facing PM establish procedures, metrics, and reports
• Help client-facing PM coordinate schedules and delivery dates with customers

Requirements of the Project Manager / Scrum Master:

• At least 5 years of PM experience in an IT environment (web-based preferred)
• Experience working within an Agile development environment as a Scrum Master
• Ability and experience using proven project management/Agile practices, including MS Office, Project, and Visio
• Demonstrated ability to identify and remove impediments and implement process improvements
• Proven success in leading cross-functional teams to meet aggressive deadlines
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Agile certifications highly desired
