Job Description

We have a wonderful opportunity for a Remedy Queue Manager with our top client in the McLean area.

Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicants must possess a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities of the Remedy Queue Manager:

  • Ensure incidents and service requests are resolved in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Monitor service queues to meet target response times
  • Assign tickets to technicians 
  • Ensure proper follow up once tickets are resolved

Requirements of the Remedy Queue Manager:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of Remedy ticketing system subject matter expertise
