As the Scrum Master, you will inspire and empower collaborative teams to deliver quality, innovative, and highly scalable web-based applications to end clients. The ideal Scrum Master is passionate about Agile and thrives in enabling teams that are new to Agile to perform at their best by leveraging Agile best practices. To be successful in this role, you enjoy partnering with product owners and technical teams to facilitate scrum ceremonies, daily standups, grooming sessions, sprint planning, and demos with key stakeholders.
Duration: 12+ month contract-to-hire / long-term consulting engagement
Salary Range: $55.00 to $65.00 per hour
We can facilitate W2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our W2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) benefits.
