Are you a senior-level Business Analyst?

Do you possess extensive experience guiding the implementation of new business and technology solutions?

This is a contract role with the possibility of conversion to FTE. We will accept corp to corp or w2 contractors. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Requirements of the Senior Business Analyst:
  • Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience as a BA in a large enterprise setting
  • At least 5 years of experience in insurance, healthcare, or related strongly preferred
  • Proven experience in a role with similar responsibilities 
  • Ability to take on the role of "functional lead" to implement new processes and technologies
  • Experience implementing new operational processes/solutions within complex organizations
  • Experience defining metrics and management functions, detailed business and technology support processes
  • Ability to enable high quality availability solution in a regulated environment
  • Ability to work closely with and influence senior stakeholders to decide on appropriate solutions
