Job Description

Eliassen Group is seeking a Sr HR Generalist with specific experience with Diversity & Inclusion, Performance Management, and Succession Planning for enterprise organizations. Work will start 100% remote due to COVID, interviews will be conducted virtually, pay is very competitive, and start date target is December 2020.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support, Design, and implement Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) programs.
  • Support annual and quarterly performance review processes and succession planning.
  • Support employee performance management processes.
  • Work with Marketing to create communications regarding the new programs and initiatives around D&I and Performance Management.
  • Plan, direct and supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations and employee relations.
  • Represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
  • Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of Human Resources experience with specific experience in enterprise corporate settings.
  • Managing and implementing D&I programs.
  • Supporting performance management, talent management, and trend analysis for succession planning.
