Job Description

Due to client requirement, only candidates local to the area will be considered for this position.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. All applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate range up to $52 / HR w2.

Responsibilities of the Senior Program Manager:

  • Manage moderately complex programs from end to end
  • Ensure best practices and organizational guidelines are followed
  • Coordinate with program and project teams to ensure on-time delivery
  • Identify, analyze, and understand target audiences and their specific needs
  • Coordinate program implementation across teams
  • Monitor performance metrics and goals
  • Analyze existing processes and make recommendations for improvement
  • Review reports to ensure appropriate progress is achieved
  • Develop and manage program budgets according to allocations
  • Ensure programs meet all relevant regulatory and accreditation standards
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure SLAs are met

Requirements of the Senior Program Manager:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in program or project management; if no degree, than at least 7 years of experience
  • Background in data analytics and governance preferred in order to provide insightful reporting and offer recommendations to senior leadership
  • Exceptional organizational, people, time, and task management skills to ensure program goal and objective milestones remain on track
  • Clear and effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with stakeholders, team members, customers, and vendors
