We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Scrum Master with our industry-leading financial services client in San Francisco.

Responsibilities of the Senior Scrum Master:

  • Ensure teams deliver high quality, successful technical solutions
  • Coach teams to improve collaboration and self-organization
  • Focus on continuous improvement and productivity optimization of teams
  • Resolve impediments to successful delivery of team objectives
  • Provide visibility into delivery targets, commitments, and progress
  • Embrace changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exhibit close attention to detail and commitment to quality

Requirements of the Senior Scrum Master:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 3 years of Agile experience
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
  • Team player with a can-do attitude
  • CSM, CSP, or ACP certification preferred
  • PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification preferred
  • Experience with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks preferred
