Job Description

Are you a Splunk subject matter expert with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance? Are you interested in working for a key government integrator? If so, we may have the ideal role for you with our client in Raleigh!

Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance prior to start. Applicant must have lived in the United States for the last five years, with no more than 6 months of combined travel outside of the country (military service excluded). Applicant must also successfully pass credit check.

Responsibilities of the System Monitoring Engineer:

  • Leverage monitoring and management tools to monitor and tune system
  • Identify, recommend, and lead performance tuning and monitoring enhancements
  • Implement proactive Splunk monitoring and alerting of production systems
  • Establish root cause for incident and problem management
  • Drive implementation of monitoring capabilities and dashboards
  • Offer Splunk subject matter expertise
