**This position is available for either remote work or on-site attendance in Norwell.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities of the Telephony Engineer:
  • Leverage cloud-based telephony technology to innovate, automate, and support operational activities
  • Liaise with and advise service delivery teams on Five9 platform innovation and optimization
  • Support call campaigns, reporting, softphone, auto-dialer, workforce management, and Salesforce integrations
  • Oversee and manage cloud phone system (Zoom) 
Requirements of the Telephony Engineer:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce); previous experience with Five9 Contact Center is helpful
  • Understanding of CPaaS (communication platform as a service) platforms
  • At least 3 years of IT experience in an enterprise operational environment - healthcare/pharma/biomedical preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience with contact center application such as Workforce Management
  • At least 3 years of experience in reporting and analytics for cloud contact center platforms
  • Video conferencing and automated texting technology experience desired
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivated self-starter with strong analytical, process design, and problem solving skills
