Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a webMethods Analyst with one of our top clients in the Charlotte area.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Responsibilities of the webMethods Analyst:

  • Support and enhance existing integrations as well as develop new webMethods application integrations
  • Gather and document business requirements and translate into specifications for solution development
  • Build and unit test point-to-point and end-to-end integrations
  • Provide support for testing and debugging activities 
  • Design and implement technology best practices

Requirements of the webMethods Analyst:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred; equivalent training and experience will be considered
  • At least 3 years of experience developing and implementing enterprise level integrations using webMethods SOA technologies
  • Experience with the full SDLC
  • Experience building SOAP and REST based integrations
  • Experience with B2B integrations, including EDI-based B2B message handling techniques
  • Experience with automated file based, FTP, and SFTP integrations
  • Strong experience in database integration, with solid SQL coding skills
  • Experience with Oracle and SQL Server backend database integrations
  • Experience with both Waterfall and Agile based project methodologies
  • webMethods certifications desirable but not required
